This story had a few favorite themes of mine namely the Alphaomega 'Verse and bossy older brothers so I chugged right through uite contentedly despite the rough editing and the very haphazardly evoked ye olde tymes setting The opening stuff about omegas in society was good as far as it went though as usual I felt like it didn't do nearly as much with dynamic is it might have The scenes when Stiles finally gets together with Derek were uite steamy though most of the parts I liked best happened in the early parts of the story While I had no problems with the portrayal of Stiles and Derek here I can't say it did anything new or particularly memorable either Really the reason to read this is for the new to me Jisaac pairing as in JacksonIsaac which honestly give me I'm sold it's a great pairing full of the kind of imaginative potential that I look for Jackson was always a surprisingly successful character on Teen Wolf thanks to the talented Colton Haynes who was able to awaken sympathy for Jackson and make you believe in the hidden depths of his asshole character In this story Jackson an alpha and Stiles an omega are brothers sons of a wealthy aristocrat Isaac is an omega servant in Derek's household who gets caught up in a secret affair with Jackson with plenty of class tension and angst and view spoilereven secret unplanned m pregnancies hide spoiler

I was avoiding this fic for a really long time because I don't particularly like reading historical stories But who can say no to and ?Well not me that's for sure Now I'm glad I read it because it was awesome The story sucked me in from the beginning and I could never get bored of itIt's not only a fiction about Sterek it's about Jisaac too How cool is that And when your find your sun holdfast never let him go; not for the world

Really really good stuff I am not a fan of Historical fiction but this one called to me for some reason Probably the KNOTTING and the mpregI totally enjoyed this and did not want to see it end It was a world that I could have just stayed in and kept reading aboutPlus? It was like two stories in one Totally Sterek with an extra extra side of Jisaac Loved it

This was an OK read It was my first Sterek historical read I'm not huge fan of the genre and didn't really think I would like this but it ended up not being too bad I got bored a couple times were it seemed to drag And OMG someone needs to edit this thing like bad It drove me nuts Most of the time I can over look some mistakes but this story was a repeat offender on the holy shit did anyone not proof read this scale There were just too many and I think that it took away from the story because it was distracting especially when names were being mixed up Not my favorite genre or Sterek but still glad I gave it a chance

Omg this is so sweet Definitely harleuin style fanfic It is said that the idea taken from the novel The Secret Diaries of Miss Miranda Cheever by Julia uinn But I did not read the book So I can't compare it This story is written in multiple POV Not only Sterek we got Jisaac as well How convenient is that right? ;But my favorite pairing in here is Jisaac I can't help it They're so cute and sweetview spoilerI was so pissed at Derek Ok he's crippled because of the war but that did not give him an excuse to 'hurt' Stiles My god I keep calling him ssholeAnd with JacksonDerek past gasp I seriously did not expect that I'm completely floored But it did give something in hereWell harleuin and the drama hide spoiler

Read in June 2014 original review slightly edited for reasonsDNF this fic soon became unreadable it lacks proofreading and the writing was very basic the dialogue was especially charring Also the miscommunication trope was the only plot device I could detect And I guess it's my fault too for picking up a book where the blurb starts off with a dashing heroAlso what it is with soon to be single mothers dads hiding away from the child's father without ever asking for alimony not to mention telling them about the pregnancy in the first place? And when you set your story in the 19th century for no discernible reason whatsoever make it sound a tiny bit like it

This story is really an interesting adventurous historical Sterek I would have given it four stars were it not for all the grammatical spelling and continuity errors Very creative story

The m preg and knotting was what drew me but in the end it wasn't that satisfying Vaguely set in the 19th century but usually felt like it was much earlier than thatWeres and humans don't generally mix No one communicates with each other Nice things do happen Stiles and Derek do mate and have a child Interesting premis

  10. says:

44 starsnice and satisfying mpreg story It doesn't feel like a fanfic to me since I don't know the original work or characters
