This is the TransMythology I have been praying for The ueer Panthean has arrived in our realm and they are magnificent Lupus conveys their story with mirth and reverence in mundane factual details and in well crafted verse The story of Panpsyche MTF Panhyle FTM Paneros metagender and Pancrates pangender is profound intense hilarious sexy poignant and triumphantWhile there is enough material in here to form a devotional practice Lupus invites—nay entreats—others to create their own art poetry prayers and practices As e says in the introduction I would love to see diversity plurality and great wondrous variety in how people speak of the Tetrad show them sing of them and so forth While my work on them may be the 'earliest' chronologically I do not want what I write on them to be the 'last word' by any meansAnyone interested in exploring the crossroads of deity and gender will find something of value in this book Sexual and gender non conformists will find here spiritual archetypes which reflect our experience on earth All hail the Tetrad

One of the single best reads in all of modern paganisms It is fun it is sexy it is wise beyond all logical expectation and if you know PSVL those expectations are pretty fecking high it is powerful beyond what you can know when reading it and it is as the goddess Ananke herself said NECESSARYI am in the process of creating a group to do ritual to the Tetrad on the 30th of every month

I bought this because Sufenas is a friendly acuaintance of mine and a fellow academic I am very intrigued and a believer in emergent deities This epic poem is the tale of gods who have emerged from the experiences of all those whose sex and gender do not match up in societally acceptable ways It is full of love from and for the deities and very real It will put a lot of readers out of their comfort zone but that just means it's food for thought
