    I'm not sure if my reading this book in an electronic format colored my opinion When I read non fiction I often like to pages forward and back The electronic reader doesn't let you do this I know there is a bookmark function but I generally don't know what I want to bookmark until I've read deeply into the work My primary issue with this book is that the author does not document her sources One never know where this she gathered her information and it is difficult to assess the accuracy of the information There short chapters which seem to be an elaborated outline which are followed case studies The case studies consist of short outlines followed by a section entitled what really happened The author never discloses where the what really happened' information came from The book concludes with 35000 twitter names? What the heck is that about?Im regret that I actually spend money on this book

    138 pages of content and the rest is acknowledgement Are you kidding me?The first 4 chapters are full of useless outdated case studies and the 5th and the 6th chapters only deserves to be a 300 words blog post
